Birthday party on Saturday, 14 June 2025
Raise a glass with us - to one year of the Sunstar Hotel Pontresina. From 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. you can enjoy sparkling drinks, hot dogs and a lively atmosphere with a DJ in our Mountain Lounge & Terrace. Lounge feeling with a mountain panorama - come by! Admission is free.
Reading by Gerhard Sträuble from his book ‘Sonderkinder’
on Sunday, 29 June at 4 pm
Gerhard Stäuble is a renowned Swiss pedagogue - originally a secondary school teacher who then had to reinvent himself as a teacher for the children entrusted to him. Gain an insight into his in-depth book ‘Sonderkinder’ and then take part in the open discussion round.

Yoga with Nina
Each at 4 pm

Breathe in and out deeply of the Engadine mountain air and find your inner centre. Our Mountain Garden will become a place of power for you during this class. You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat or hire one on site.
CHF 30 per lesson incl. non-alcoholic aperitif drink

Vitality Festival

In cooperation with the Engadin Family Network, we dedicate this day to health and well-being.
A small market in our garden will feature regional products and services for health-conscious individuals – and those who wish to become so.
National Day at the Sunstar Pontresina
On our Mountain Lounge & Terrace you are blessed with a panoramic view of the Engadin mountains. Pure Swissness when it comes to the view. What could go better with this than a fine raclette on National Day? From 6 pm we will serve you an aperitif followed by local raclette cheese from the Pontresina dairy on our Mountain Terrace.

Concert «Dog on the feet»
on Friday, 15 August 2025 from 9 pm
It is a great honour for us to ring in a Swiss mountain summer weekend with this band. Round off the evening in the Mountain Lounge and enjoy a drink from our menu. The cover songs from the repertoire of ‘Dog on the feet’ take us on a journey through the Swiss and international pop scene. Admission is free.

from 1 June to 31 October 2025 from Monday to Thursday from 4 - 6 pm
The offer includes an aperitif platter and a Spritz for CHF 19 - because you've come to stay.
Exchange Family Network Engadin
Every first Wednesday of the month from 6 to 7 pm
Sit down, listen in, exchange ideas. This is where parents, teachers, grandparents, professionals and other interested parties meet to discuss current issues affecting parents, young children, teenagers and interdisciplinary and intergenerational relationships.
