Yes, we work cashless - in the whole hotel. You pay your consumptions on an ongoing basis with credit card or Twint.

The journey on the Rhaetian Railway (RhB) from Chur to the Engadine, with its helical tunnels and dizzying viaducts, is one of the most picturesque and interesting rail journeys in all of Europe. The train ride from Zurich main station to Pontresina takes about 3 hours. Plan your trip best with the online timetable of the SBB.

On request, we can pick you up from Pontresina train station between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm. This service is included in the price. Are you arriving earlier or later in Pontresina? No problem: just let us know your arrival time in advance.

In summer you can reach the Engadine by car via one of the three passes: Julier, Albula and Flüela. You can also travel from Landquart via Klosters - through the Vereina tunnel (car transport) to the Engadine, which is recommended in winter. In winter only the Julierpass is open. It is worth to have a look at the road conditions in case of snowfall

The hotel has limited outdoor and garage parking (2 levels) for a fee. Reservation is required for both outdoor and garage parking. Please note that the garage height is 2.10m.

Yes, we have charging stations - in front of the hotel and in the two garages.

For check-in & check-out our hotel has two terminals for easy and uncomplicated arrival and departure. All services booked in advance will be settled at check-in.

On the day of arrival your room will be ready for you from 4 pm. You are welcome to arrive earlier, park your car and explore the surroundings.

Early check-in is subject to room availability.

On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the room no later than 11 am.

A later check-out is subject to room availability. Late check-out is bookable for a fee and subject to availability. Please contact us on site.

We are happy to store your luggage - free of charge, of course. We offer lockable lockers in the basement.

We are happy to serve you warm dishes such as Pinsas, Dumplings, soups or Capuns in our Mountain Lounge & Terrace or you can help yourself to our Grab & Go Shop and heat up the food in your room. Of course, there are also fine things to feast on cold with the appropriate aperitif drinks to go with it.

If you want to cook yourself or discover the restaurants in Pontresina, we are at your disposal with the best tips. Our concept gives you a whole new freedom. No matter if you want to dine comfortably in the Mountain Lounge & Terrace, if you need tips for restaurants outside your home or if you want to shop for dishes that you can prepare yourself in your loft - we are there for you as passionate «locals».

This view is the envy of all Pontresina. The opening hours depend on the weather.

Our small but fine wellness area for a relaxing time out offers a bio sauna, a Finnish sauna, a steam bath, an experience shower and a relaxation room. Our wellness area is open from 3 - 8 pm.

Each room has its own lockable locker including ventilation for drying clothes and shoes. Also included in the room price is the free use of the washing machine. Detergent can be purchased from us.

In the garage there is a parking space for bikes as well as a repair and charging station for your faithful companions. A washing station for your bike is also available.
